Monitor Creative, one of Manchester’s most lively and innovative independent creative agencies, is looking for a new marketing executive and we’re keen to hear from bright, enquiring minds and engaging personalities.

You could be a recent graduate looking for your first break in marketing. Or maybe you’re ready to make a career change and marketing has held your interest for some time.

What’s most important is your attitude. You’ll make mistakes (we all do!). But we’re looking for someone who doesn’t make the same mistake twice. Someone who really listens to our clients and acts accordingly. And someone who understands that marketing is about measurable business results.

You’ll also have well-honed social skills. Meeting new people and turning them into raving fans will be as exciting for you as delivering great work on brief, on time and on budget.

You’ll have built on your university degree or equivalent experience by learning how to manage your own time. And you’ll bring the same open, friendly and collaborative approach to our internal team as you will to your day-to-day tasks.

Here’s what this exciting role entails:

  • Manage multiple client relationships through effective communication and problem solving
  • Manage ad-hoc client requests and identify opportunities to further assist
  • Take client’s marketing briefs with an initiative to ask questions to get to the root of client needs
  • Assist the client services team in creating and delivering high quality proposals across online and offline marketing
  • Assist in delivering digital marketing solutions across PPC, SEO, social media, email etc.
  • Deliver client briefs to the designers, developers, copywriters etc. and assist in managing campaign/project delivery on time and on budget
  • Assist in the upkeep of general office admin and tasks

Here’s what’s on offer to the right candidate:

  • Salary: 20-22k per year dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working – 2 days in the office and 3 from home
  • 33 days annual holiday, including bank holidays
