Q: Why do I need a marketing agency’s help? Can’t I do it myself?
A: To start, you could do some of the work yourself. There are lots of useful tools that you can utilize online and our newsletter even includes tips and tricks in every edition on ways to benefit your business.
We might be biased, but getting a marketing agency’s help will take out doing all the hard work and leave you to reap the rewards. If you are running a business, time and money are SO important, and we want to help you use both to your advantage. Although you are spending money, you are spending it on experts who will produce work that will make you even more money. It’s a win-win, more more money, and time for you.

Q: How much of my time will it take to work with a marketing agency?
A: It’s really up to you! We love our clients getting stuck in with all their ideas and helping them come to life, or we are more than happy to take the reigns and come back to you with our ideas/solutions.
It also depends on the type of project that you are working on with us. Some projects can take a couple of weeks with a few emails back and fourth or ongoing projects can involve us scheduling weekly or bi-weekly meetings with you to ensure everyone is in the loop and track progress. Whatever or whenever you work with us, we are always just an email or phone call away and you will have a dedicated account manager who will support you throughout your whole process with us.
Q: Do you do work that’s not digital?
A: Absolutely! Although we are primarily a digital marketing agency, our founder and chairman, Moray Newberry, started Monitor 30 years ago when digital wasn’t a thing! So, it is something we know all about. We’ve evolved from a traditional print-based specialist to a multidisciplinary team covering every aspect of digital and traditional media.
We produce a monthly magazine that averages 68 pages, goes to print, and is distributed to retailers up and down the UK. It has also been shortlisted for publication of the year. We can produce designs for flyers, brochures, and business cards.
