BrandBox Animation

Unitas Wholesale’s BrandBox scheme offers the opportunity for their members to receive newly launched products in a timely fashion, entirely for free! Educating members on how quick and easy this service became the number one priority for Unitas. We produced two animated, voice-over videos that explained the process in a way that is easy to digest, engaging to watch and successfully promoted understanding of BrandBox in their member base.

Project Objectives

Our Approach

We worked closely with the Unitas team to translate the BrandBox process into a clear, visual story. This began with writing and refining a concise script that broke down the scheme into simple, logical steps. From there, we developed a full visual storyboard, focusing on reducing complexity and replacing text-heavy explanations with intuitive visuals.

Two animated videos were produced, each supported by a professional voiceover and soundtrack. The animation style was designed to be engaging, easy to digest, and consistent with Unitas’ brand, ensuring the content was accessible to a broad member audience.

To extend the lifespan and usefulness of the animations, we also adapted the content to reflect different audience types. Script changes and scene adjustments were made to tailor the animations to retailers and food service members, maintaining relevance across multiple sectors.

 

Usage & Outcome

The BrandBox animations became a key part of Unitas’ communication toolkit:

  • Used by BDMs as a sales and education asset during member visits
  • Shared across social media channels to raise awareness of the scheme
  • Helped members quickly understand how BrandBox works and how to engage with it
  • Supported wider adoption of a newly launched initiative

This project demonstrates how animation can be used to educate, simplify, and drive understanding when introducing new products or services, particularly where audiences are time-poor, and messaging needs to be both clear and engaging.
