Monitor 2023 Wrap-up

It has been a busy year at Monitor and, as 2023 draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to highlight the success of our creative marketing agency throughout this year.

  1. Firstly, we couldn’t start without mentioning all of the wonderful clients we have worked with this year. Whether you have been a new or existing client in 2023, it is always enjoyable to see new faces. It is one of the main reasons that we love our work! We appreciate all of you and can’t wait for another fantastic year in 2024.




2. Secondly, this year has been about celebrating our 30th Birthday. We have enjoyed looking back on the past and realising how far we have come as an agency and everything we have achieved. Our actual birthday is at the end of the year, so a perfect way to round off 2023. As a birthday present to ourselves, we launched our new website – if you haven’t already, make sure you check it out! It features case studies, our work and how we will work with you!

3. Another exciting moment was our re-signing of the Fed contract. We produce a monthly membership magazine with The Federation of Independent Retailers often averaging around 68 pages. It’s a project a lot of the team get involved with, and it being shortlisted for magazine of the year (Trade Association Forum), really was the cherry on top!




4. Finally, we experienced some exciting team changes this year. It has been a year since Laura Thomas our Managing Director joined Monitor. We also had two new graduates – Ella and Jenni, join us as digital marketing executives!

We are already looking forward to 2024, and with Laura Slegg our Account Director returning from maternity leave in the new year – we can’t wait! There are lots of exciting projects in the pipeline, so cheers for a successful 2024!
